How It Works

If you want to engage with us for editing your manuscript, here is what to do:

1a) Use the scoring rubric to determine what level of editing your manuscript needs

 


OR

 

1b) Send us an initial draft of your manuscript. We will perform a comprehensive assessment and provide you with a recommendation.
 

2) Once the editing level has been determined, select which (if any) additional services are desired.

You should either provide us with the word count, or send us the manuscript and all relevant components (depending on desired level of service) for us to determine the word count (please clearly indicate any sections you do not want edited).  We will then provide you with a quote.
 

3) If the quote is acceptable and you want to proceed with the job, we will draw up and issue a contract to be entered into and signed by both parties.
 

4) Payment for the job is up-front (i.e., the job will be done, but not returned, until payment is received).
